Welcome to my guide to winning the World Touring Car 900 Race around 24 Heures du Mans Racing Circuit on Gran Turismo 7. THIS GUIDE HAS BEEN UPDATED FOR UPDATE 1.49 Please read the pinned comment THIS RACE WAS COMPLETED ON HARD DIFFICULTY Race Details: Laps - X10 Fuel - X4 Tyres - X8 Car Used for this race: Porsche 919 Hybrid ’16 Items I bought for this car from the Tuning Shop: Racing Hard Tyres Intermediate Tyres Heavy Wet Tyres DRY CONDITIONS STRATEGY TLDR: Start the race on Racing Hard Tyres, keep the fuel at level 1 for the entire race. Pit at the end of lap 5 and add 5 laps of fuel only, DO NOT CHANGE TYRES. This race has a chance of rain so make sure you have purchased the wet weather tyres and keep an eye on the weather radar for rain. Pit for wet tyres only if necessary. This race is reasonably easy in this car, it has a lot more downforce and you will make up most of your time to the AI in the last sector of the track. Try to slip stream other cars on the straights and you shouldn’t have too many issues with this race. My Brake Balance is set to -2 for this race, this is personal preference and not required. I have my Traction Control set to 0 but that’s personal preference, to stop the car from oversteering in the lower gears you might want to put on some Traction Control or just get used to the car. If it rains I recommend increasing the Traction Control to keep the car more stable. Use whatever setting you feel comfortable.
