Added 10 g of yarn and 1 tsp white vinegar to each cup. [12:02] Colorway 2: Variegated Dilute the 1% stock solutions: 100 mL violet + 200 mL water, 100 mL turquoise + 200 mL water, 200 mL peach + 100 mL water Dilute further as I pour onto the yarn No acid yet when I added the colors [27:00] Colorway 3: Heavy Speckles + Yarn Mop added vinegar to presoak on 400 g of yarn (one for a yarn mop) [29:48] Colorway 4: Subtle Speckles on Pastel This was mixed for colorway 2 at a 1/3 dilution of the 1% stock (300 mL mixed originally of each color) 70 mL of Purple 0.33% Stock on 300 g of yarn with NO ACID Add water from a presoak to add some acid (and leave no vinegar behind) Maybe 1/4-1/2 cup vinegar total ~1 tsp Citric acid powder + creamy peach or true turquoise. Speckled onto the lavender and then steam set [34:24] Colorway 5: Tonal Turquoise 0.33% stock solution of True Turquoise - 135 mL Add 100 g of Dry KnitPicks Stroll The dyebath is the same as used for Colorway 2 [36:40] Setting the Triangle Mixing Colors NOTE: True Turquosie from Dharma did not do well with Cool vat!
