The Ventures in Stockholm 1989

The Ventures did a first and only tour in Sweden in 1989. This is rare footage from the Stockholm concert at King Creole on March 29 1989. The members were: Jerry McGee - lead guitar Don Wilson - rhythm guitar Bob Bogle - bass Mel Taylor - drums The tunes are: Walk Don´t Run, Secret Agent Man, Tequila, La Bamba, Perfidia, Out Of Limits, WDR ´64, Classical Gas. The video was shot on a small Sony Video 8 camcorder in 1989 which couldn´t really handle the high volume of the band, but I think it´s excused by the great close up pictures of the members showing great joy in their performance.
