Yes friends, today I am sharing moong dal sandwich recipe. This is a unique item with high protein and one of the most healthy breakfas. You can make it as per your choice with variation in moong dal cooking time. This is also very simple to make and you can be flexible with trying ingredients of your choice, i.e. you can use butter instead of pure ghee, add vegetables of your choice, add cheese etc. ====== INGREDIENTS 1 cup moong mogar dal (मूंग मोगर दाल) 2 tbsp oil in pressure cooker (तेल) ¼ tsp hing (हिंग) 2 tsp paste of green chilli, ginger (हरी मिर्च, अदरक पेस्ट) ½ tsp salt (नमक) ½ tsp red chilli powder (लाल मिर्च पावडर) ¼ tsp turmeric powder (हल्दी पावडर) ½ tsp amchur powder (आमचूर पावडर) ½ tsp garam masala powder (गरम मसाला पावडर) ¾ cup water (पानी) Wheat breads (गेहूं की ब्रेड) Tomato slices (टमाटर) Onion Slices (प्याज) Pure ghee (शुद्ध घी) ===== Please do try this recipe and convey your valuable feedback in the comment section below.
