I've been an advocate of the awareness of fascia and its connection to our whole body health for over a decade - in the beginning, I was much maligned for it. But the more modern medicine has become aware of fascia, I'm delighted that it is becoming more integrated in how we look at health, illness and pain. So what is fascia?
