Walleye Shore fishing from one of the largest Lake in Southern Alberta using Dollarama fishing Lures! Walleye fishing, Oh no, any sorta fishing is Fun but at the same time it is expensive as well!. But if you can catch any fish found in Alberta using some of the cheap one dollar lures from Dollarama? Does it sound cool, but I guess it is unbelievable too eh? Not really , some of the monster fish I ever caught in Alberta were using Dollarama Lures. Have you ever used them? If so were you lucky? Let us know! I have never used anything such as spinners or crank baits.. im totally new to this realm . i know this stuff isn't cheap but my recent visit to dollarama, i saw lots of different baits for only a buck or two.... anyone caught anything with these? does it really make a big difference in terms of quality since they pretty much look the same as the expensive ones..(at least to my untrained eye) https://www.ontariofishingforums.com/... The hooks on their crankbaits have been called into question, not the hooks they sell individually. Even the 90pcs/$1 hooks are tough enough for steelhead and salmon fishing. I like Dollarama for their hooks, and certain spinners and lures. I'm sure some people love their cranks, I don't fish crankbaits much though and I did not find their crankbaits to be of the same quality as slightly more expensive ones from Wal-Mart. Dollarama is not the only place to score cheap fishing tackle, other dollar stores and certain hardware stores also carry inexpensive tackle. Hello !
