Club Sandwich The Club Sandwich is a simple yet delectable treat; perfect anytime. This is a can’t miss recipe, you gotta try it! • 1LB of Turkey Cutlets • 4 Slices of Thick Bacon • 3 Slices of Bread • 2 Slices of Yellow American cheese • Lettuce • Tomato • Mayo Cook the bacon to your liking, we like ours extra crispy! Season the turkey cutlets with your favorite spice. Cook the cutlets in olive oil and a pat of butter until they reach an internal temp of 165 degrees. Remove from heat to cool. Toast all three slices of bread. Dress bread with the mayo. On the bottom slice place cheese, turkey, lettuce and tomato. Mayo both sides of the next piece of bread, add bacon, lettuce and tomato.
