Baby has open mouth non magnetic pacifer and I don't put magnets inside unless requested. Magnetic accessories are a optional for much older doll collector. Suggesting that at around age 12 if they have younger siblings, it is very important that they take care to not leave small accessories or magnets around young children, or pets.
