This 20 minute kundalini yoga kriya, known as the Kriya for the Pranic Body - strengthens your relationship with your breath, so you can breathe a bit deeper, release anxiety and step into your fearless, courageous and invincible self. As with all kundalini yoga kriyas please be careful with your body. Keep yourself safe from injury. If you feel dizzy, just take a moment or two out.
