The Vietnamese night market happens ever Summer from June through August. It was our first time here and we wanted to try some street food. It's not a big night market, but it does have enough vendors to give you a glimpse of Street Foods you would typically find in Vietnam. It's definitely something fun to check out at least once. What we ate : 1. Bánh Mì Que - Mini Baguette Breadsticks with Pork Floss and Pate 2. Hột Vịt Lộn / Balut - Fertilized Duck Eggs 3. Bắp Xào Tôm - Sauteed Corn with Dried Shrimp 4. Bánh Tráng Nướng - Grilled Vietnamese Rice Paper or Vietnamese Pizza 5. Bò Nướng Lá Lốt - Beef Wrapped In Betel Leaf 6. Thịt Nướng - Vietnamese Grilled Pork 7.
