I don't know what I should do about the turn values. I think I might make an enemy max out at certain amount of turns. I kind of forgot I had certain items, ohps. Enrage Mode is on, and it is recommended you have Enrage Mode for at least all bosses in Hell Mode. The QTB is an evolution of the EATB, where you get extra turns based on the amount of time that has passed by. With QTB you gain Quick Points (QP) when your QTB Party Leader gets a turn, they guard, or when the enemy attacks one of your party members. You start off with 2 QP each battle. When you use a QP, your enemies gain points for their turn value, which generally determines who goes next.
