Full review of the 2020 Audi R8 V10 Performance! Can the redesigned R8 still compete against other cars in the exotic sports car segment? For 2020, Audi gave the R8 a new, more exotic look on the exterior. It comes with new LED laserlight headlights, a larger rear vent, and new oval exhaust tips. This model is finished in a color called Kemora Gray Metallic, which is similar to Nardo Gray. The interior has some updates as well, such as a new wireless phone charger. It also comes with available diamond contrast stitching, a 12.3-inch digital gauge cluster, and carbon fiber accents. Under the rear hatch, the R8 is powered by a 5.2-liter V10 which produces over 500 horsepower for the 7-speed transmission and Quattro AWD system. On the road, it should rocket from 0-60 in around 3 seconds.
