This easy homemade mango jam recipe without pectin is lusciously smooth, perfect jam, and it is so addictive that you may will eat spoonfuls straight from the jar. Ingredients • 2 Container chopped ripe mango (about 1 Kg) • ½ Container Sugar • 1 teaspoon lemon or lime juice (Optional) I have not added to this recipe.
