Ingredients: Tamarind/Imli - 120 g Jaggery/ Gur - 120 g Salt - 1/2 tsp Water - sufficient quantity ( approx 2 cups) For tempering: Oil - 1 tbsp Cumin/jeera- 1 tsp Fennel/ Saunf - 1/2 tsp Red chili powder - 1/2 tsp Procedure; 1. Make a tamarind paste by adding water to tamarind and microwave it for 1 min, followed by a mash and sieve 2. Add jaggery to the paste and adjust water consistency if required. 3. Add tempering if you like and instant tamarind sauce is ready. 4.
