Set aside. Heat the sesame oil in a skillet or wok over medium heat. Add the minced garlic, ginger, and chili flakes. Cook for 1-2 minutes until fragrant. Pour in the sauce mixture and stir well. Cook for another 2-3 minutes, stirring constantly, until the sauce thickens and becomes glossy. Remove from heat and let the sauce cool slightly before using. Add cauliflower to general tso mixture.
