British Military Sabre Instruction - Stance/Footwork 1

Here's a series Rui was meaning to do for years now but never got around to it. It was 2016 when the idea first hit of making a full playlist of Roworth's the Art of Defence on Foot but either for lack of support, or interest, heck or even confidence, it never really happened. This started taking a shift and with Capo Ferro's plates also on-going, it was a nice chance to add more value to the channel and bring something "new" to the table. We'll be publishing this videos in parallel with Capo Ferro's plates, so don't worry we're not leaving either project unattended, but since we teach both systems in the club it becomes easier to film both. Speaking of which, you may notice a more informal tone here, that's because all the footage of this series was filmed in front of a live audience (our class) hence all the edits not to mention some silly jokes you may see here and there. This is of course just the first video of the playlist, but we hope you'll find this series just as useful if you want to get into British Military Sabre.
