Final Fight LNS Ultimate is a fan game created with OpenBOR, featuring nearly 70 playable characters from Capcom's beat 'em ups and fighting games. They've even included SNK characters, because why not? And best of all, it's free to download! You can find it here: https://fflnsultimate.firebaseapp.com... (Direct download link: https://mega.nz/file/McQR2CiA#pTjEmWD...) Here's a link to a save file with all characters already unlocked: https://mega.nz/file/QZIQiZJT#jBMjl9d... Just place it in your saves folder and you'll be all set. This game looks ridiculous at first glance, but the combat system is really fun to play with. You can cancel practically any attack into a special attack, dash, or super, which lets you string together huge combos. There's a mana (?) bar to prevent you from mindlessly spamming specials, so while they're really strong, it's somewhat balanced. You can also parry enemy attacks, which is really useful. For every successful parry, you regain 20 mana, and you can immediately do an invincible dashing attack. It's important to make use of that when you've drained your resources and have a big herd of enemies to deal with. For as silly as this game seems, it's actually pretty well designed. This is Musou mode, the highest difficulty you can select from the start (there's also a hidden Hard Musou). But it's actually not as hard as it might look. This is only the second time I've played this mode, and before that I only cleared Normal mode. I don't even have strategies for most of the bosses besides hoping I can get them together and then hit a full combo. While Musou packs a lot of enemies into the stages, it gives you a lot of lives, so you can make a lot of mistakes and still clear the game. Plus, having so many enemies to fight means you'll level up more often, which refills and increases your HP and mana. I think this is the mode that suits this game best, the battle mechanics were made for dealing with large groups of enemies. Some of the double bosses can be a pain, though. I'd really recommend trying this game if you're a fan of beat 'em ups and Capcom in general. I normally don't play fan games, but this ended up being one of the most fun games I've played all year.
