Fertilizing my CLOVER food plots | Food plot maintenance

After the success with my clover plot from last year, I’ve decided to create another about 1 mile down the road at my house. In this episode I’m putting down a base fertilizer for my new plot with virgin soil. A 50lb bag of 12-12-12 on this plot will do to give it an all around boost of nutrients. This plot being 1/4 acre. Then I head down the road to my already existing whitetail institute perennial clover plot. It also is about 1/4 acre. I fertilize this plot with 50lbs of 6-24-24 to help the clover get a boost. We use a low nitrogen fertilizer because clover adds nitrogen to the ground, so we don’t need to add anymore. Hope you learned something and enjoyed. Like Subscribe Comment Thanks for watching Ethan
