Troy isn’t my favourite Total War but there are some great things about it. Creative Assembly nailed the atmosphere with a gorgeous campaign map, the brilliant music, the new & engaging resource system & the variety of battle maps to actually make Troy enjoyable in many ways. Now despite the lackluster Mythos mode & the joke of a historical mode there is one mod out there that makes the game far better than vanilla. From new gameplay mechanics, new & altered playable factions, brilliant battle balancing & fantastic graphical upgrades the mod I’ll be covering today essentially is a Divide Et Impera for Troy that makes the game well worth playing in my books. So today I’ll be covering a mod called Agony, a mod I covered a few months ago but that has since become much bigger in scope & scale and that honestly makes Troy’s historical style a far better experience than before. By the end of this video I guarantee you’ll have to seriously consider trying this fantastic mod out for yourselves.
