We don't often do much work in the medium duty truck business anymore but this one came to us from a local customer who's light duty vehicles we have worked on lately, and they were in dire need of help! What initially started as a heavy power steering leak, turned into much much more and a considerably larger repair! Deferred maintenance is a reality for many people and businesses, and that's understandable, repair bills can be expensive! Unplanned expenses can really impact a person or businesses budget. However, that needs to be paired with a solution and plan, and someone making sure what NEEDS to be done is done before it HAS to be done. In this trucks case, we didn't get our eyes on it until the later part. As an automotive shop, why do we have a YouTube channel? For issues exactly like this, to keep complete and total transparency with our customers so they know exactly what we are doing and why, and what challenges we deal with along the way.
