It is a platform game which was released in 1987 for the Arcade. He is also Data East's mascot, and is depicted as a muscular and fire-breathing character, a lot like a generic strong man from a circus. In Karnov's Revenge, he has an "overweight" appearance unlike in the prequel game, where he was more muscular and shorter in height. ===== ADDITIONAL INFORMATION / TRIVIA ===== ---- I have included the secret boss fight against CPU Ox. You can see this in the video starting around 27:06. ---- Regarding Fighter's History 1, the SNES port is the only version where he is legitimately playable through a hidden input code. It is also the first time that FH1 Karnov became a playable character. ---- He also appears in the side-scrolling beat-em-up game Bad Dudes Vs. Dragon Ninja as the stage 1 boss. ---- Other games he appears in is Garou Densetsu vs. Fighter's History Dynamite and Trio the Punch: Never Forget Me.... ---- His design, especially in Fighter's History Dynamite / Karnov's Revenge, may have been inspired by Heart from Fist of the North Star. ---- In the game, his BGM theme is a remix of his theme in his original game, Karnov. ---- His full name is Jinborov Karnovski.
