SUBSCRIBE to Awesome Sauce for more such recipes ► https://goo.gl/YEdp6J Chatpata Palak Chaat Serves- 4-6 Ingredients Gramflour (Besan) - 1 cup Asafoetida (Hing) -1 & 1/2nd tsp Red Chilli Powder - 1 tsp Turmeric Powder- 1 tsp Fennel Powder (Saunf)- 1 tsp Cumin Powder - 1/2 tsp Chaat Masala - 2 tsp Garam Masala - 1 tsp Salt - 1 tsp Water - for a medium consistency batter Big Spinach Leaves - 6 nos. Oil - For frying For chaat - Onions chopped - 1/2 cup Red Chilli powder- 1 tsp Salted Peanuts - 1/3rd of a cup Pomegranate Pearls - 1/4th of a cup Curd - 1 tbsp Sweet Red Chutney - 1/2 tbsp Mint & Coriander Chutney - 1 tbsp Fennel powder - 2 tsp Chaat Masala - 1/2 tbsp Salt - to taste Indian fried pastry (Papdi)- 2-3 Method In a mixing bowl, add gramflour, asafoetida, red chilli powder, turmeric powder, fennel powder, cumin powder, cumin powder, chaat masala, garam masala, salt, water & make a medium consistency batter. Dip the spinach leaves in the batter. Heat oil in a pan & fry them till golden brown In another mixing bowl, add chopped onions, red chilli powder, salted peanuts, pomegranate pearls, curd, sweet red chutney, mint & coriander chutney, fennel powder, chaat masala, salt, padi & mix well. For assembly - Put the fried palak pakoda on the chopping board Top it up with the chaat mixture. Add some more curd, red chutney, green chutney, lemon juice.
