PINARYAHANG TILAPIA (Fried Tilapia with Bitter Melon)

Welcome to my channel!    / @katernofoods   FRIED TILAPIA WITH BITTER MELON is also known as “PINARYAHANG TILAPIA”. It is a popular dish in the Northern side of the Philippines. You know it is up North because bagoong was used as seasoning and the use of bitter melon or “ampalaya”. Ampalaya is a vegetable packed with a lot of health benefits. It lowers the blood glucose or sugar, it fights inflammation, among others. FRIED TILAPIA WITH BITTER MELON is a blended flavorful taste of fried fish, the saltiness of the bagoong, and the bitterness of ampalaya all in one. It is so unique but we love it. BTW, this dish is best paired with steamed rice. I hope you will watch the video from start to end. BTW, the list of ingredients used is shown below.
