There are also have different versions of Chinese and Malay! Because I made some spicy shrimps paste ( Kindly refer to my 24th video), I used 5 tablespoons to make this simple version of Singapore Laksa for 4 serving! This Laksa is a very famous national cuisine in Singapore. Especially Katong Laksa is the most famous. Its specialty is to cut the thick rice noodles to short. The store only provides spoons to eat. The purpose is to let you eat the rice noodles while drinking the thick shrimp and coconut flavored lasa soup juice! Remember, it ’s not the store lazily washing chopsticks, but this intimate purpose! The traditional Laksa practice in Singapore is actually quite complicated. As a busy office worker, it is difficult to spend time preparing this traditional cuisine, so I made this simple version. My version is less oil, less salt and less coconut milk, and it will not lack the shrimp and coconut flavor and rich taste that Laksa should have! Yummy!!
