Sautéed Mushrooms Onions and Zucchini ~ Vegan Gluten-Free Thanksgiving Recipe 😋

This Is The ONE - Best, Easiest Thanksgiving Side Dish With the Highest Flavor and Satisfaction Payoff. My family LOVES This Dish! And it’s super easy to make with so much flavor! This recipe was inspired by the sautéed veggie trio served at the famous Benihana’s Tepenyaki Restaurants. I loved them so much I had to learn how to learn how to prepare them myself so I could enjoy them anytime. However I tweaked the ingredients to suit my taste preference - at Benihana’s the chefs use butter and garlic for flavor whereas I prefer to use Olive oil, Tamari sauce, sea salt and fresh, cracked black Malibar pepper. Also, using Baby Bellas or Criminis instead of white mushrooms levels up this dish 10x! Sautéed Vegetable Trio: 1 pack fresh baby Bella mushrooms rinsed and dried 2-3 medium zucchini’s 1 medium mild sweet white onion Tamari Sauce Sea Salt Black Cracked pepper Slice everything neatly into similar sized pieces Prepare a large pan with 1-2 Tbsp Olive oil over medium high heat Add in veggies and stir gently to coat with oil When onions begin to soften, add in a splash of Tamari Sauce (about 1-1 1/2 Tbsp) Season lightly with sea salt & pepper Allow to carmelized (no lid) stirring occasionally Test for flavor and add more if needed - if more Tamari is added turn up heat a bit Veggies are done when most liquid is absorbed and they have a brownish carmelized appearance - try not to over cook the zucchini’s so they still show a bit of green color on the skin Watch them get devoured!
