I usually look at Keto recipes because they are often gluten free. While most French Fries are gluten free, they are not Keto because of the potatoes. I was skeptical about these keto French fries made with Almond Flour, xanthan gum, and water but they were surprisingly good. I used the air fryer to cook them, but the original recipe states you can deep fry or bake them as well.
