Applicant must be a permanent resident of West Bengal and passed the Previous Examination with at least 50% marks. 2.WB Post Matric Scholarship:- Minority Students, who are currently studying from Class-XI to Ph.D course, are eligible to apply for WBMDFC Post Matric Scholarship. The candidate must have secured at least 50% marks or equivalent grade in the previous exam.
