The Mako Series is now starting to feel complete! Enter the Walrus Audio M1 High-Fidelity Modulation Machine. This doesn't always happen, but I instantly fell in love with the Stock Presets that comes with the M1. The Walrus Team has come up with some killer stock sounds. So I decided to do a play through demo with the sounds that you will get right when you receive the M1! Outside of those presets, you are able to dial precisely to your ears content. The tweak and tune knob have so many features, it's easy to find yourself in different modulating sonic dimensions. The lo-FI knob automatically takes you back, and nostalgic sounds like the crackle of a vinyl or the hiss of a tape transports you back to a black and white movie. Other features like the Skip or the ability to slow down the Leslie speaker and bring it back add so much character to this unit. There's also a "space" feature that literally adds the most lush reverb into the effect. That's right folks, you heard reverb! Without a reverb pedal!
