The Sledgehammer has a reputation of either being a troll pick and or meme pick amongst players since its inception; however, after getting absolutely obliterated by someone using this thing with the Goo Gun on stream, I've found that the Sledge can actually be quite nasty. Not only did I find a nasty melee animation cancel that I've named the "Sledge Zin Combo :)" that I've yet to see posted anywhere, I've also discovered some interesting synergies between the Sledge and certain equipment. Hope it helps, here's a TLDR for people with lives unlike myself. TLDR 1. Use the Goo Gun to trap targets for easy kills 2. Not sure how to to explain the "Sledge Zin Combo" animation cancel here but essentially swapping to your Sledge after a melee resets the swing cooldown. 3. By sliding whilst using the heavy swing you can maintain your momentum and not slowdown 4. Use C4 barrels in combination with the RPG and Goo Gun for some more ranged combat options. 5. Barricades can be used to head glitch and hit swings on targets; additionally, barricades can be broken through with the heavy swing causing collateral damage to targets behind it. #thefinals #thefinalsgameplay #thefinalsclips
