Beijing SKP Plaze Beijing SKP, formerly known as Beijing Shin Kong Place, opened on April 19, 2007. In the end, Beijing Hualian gave up the name "Shin Kong Place" and adopted its English abbreviation (Shin Kong Place). At the same time, although the name of Beijing SKP can be used from October 2014, the name "Shin Kong Place" can be retained until April 30, 2015. Since then, SKP has even opened stores in Chengdu with Shin Kong Place. In December 2019, Beijing SKP opened SKP-S in Kaisa Plaza on the south side of Jianguo Road, which was an unfinished building. That year, Beijing SKP's sales were 15.3 billion yuan, with the highest daily sales reaching 1 billion yuan.
