I Made GIZMO From A Block Of Aluminum! Metal Casting Gremlins

In this video I will be casting Gizmo from the movie Gremlins. I started by 3D printing Gizmo using polycast filament. I then added the wax sprue's and made a mold of him using investment plaster. The plaster mold was then placed in the kiln to melt out all of the wax. I melted down an ingot block of aluminum and poured the molten metal into the mold. After the aluminum solidified, I removed the solid aluminum gizmo and cut off all the sprue's. I then fixed some imperfections by hand with my rotary tool.
