Let’s celebrate Singapore’s Hawker Culture and its inscription to the UNESCO Representative List of the Intangible Cultural Heritage of Humanity. A collaborative effort by the National Heritage Board, National Environment Agency, Federation of Merchants’ Associations, Singapore, together with all Singaporeans who gave their support for the bid.
