1. Cut out stripess of fabric about 3 inches wide 2. Sew the fabric according to the size of the rope you use 3. Flip inside out to form the fabric tubes 4. Push in the rope into the fabric tubes 5. Cap ends with accessories and attach stoppers 6. Use a multi layer hook to join all the layers together I made a notch to spice up the design.
