What's up guys! Andrew and Nishant here! Whenever we do streams from Sendai, people inevitably ask about the city's most famous, yet least promoted attraction... Sendai DAIKANNON! When it was completed in 1991, the Daikannon was the tallest statue in the world. Although it has since been surpassed (it's now the 5th tallest), the statue still towers imposingly over the residential area in which it stands.
