Crispy And Tasty Methi Corn Bhajiya Recipe 😍😋 Methi Corn Bhajiya Servings - 5 INGREDIENTS (For Green Chutney) Coriander - 10 grams Mint - 2 tablespoons Green chili - 1 tablespoon Garlic - 3 pods Spring onion - 20 grams Peanuts - 1 tablespoon Salt - 1/2 teaspoon Black salt - 1/2 teaspoon Dry mango powder - 1 teaspoon Sugar - 1 teaspoon Lemon juice - 1 tablespoon Water - 60 milliliters (For Methi Corn) Sweet corn - 240 grams Fenugreek leaves - 60 grams Gram flour - 200 grams Semolina - 40 grams Black pepper - 1/2 teaspoon Crushed fennel seeds - 1 teaspoon Crushed coriander seeds - 1 teaspoon Spring onion - 20 grams Ginger garlic paste - 1 tablespoon Green chilli - 2 teaspoons Roasted crushed peanuts - 2 teaspoons Salt - 1 teaspoon Cumin powder - 1 teaspoon Garam masala - 1/2 teaspoon Turmeric - 1/4 teaspoon Red chili - 1 teaspoon Dry mango powder - 1 teaspoon Baking soda - 1/4 teaspoon Lemon juice - 1 tablespoon Water - 150 milliliters Oil - for deep frying PREPARATION (For Green Chutney) 1. In a blender, add 10 grams coriander, 2 tablespoons mint, 1 tablespoon green chilli, 2 cloves garlic, 20 grams spring onion, 1 tablespoon peanuts, 1/2 teaspoons salt, 1/2 teaspoon black salt, 1 teaspoon dry mango powder, 1 teaspoon sugar, 1 tablespoon lemon juice and 60 milliliters water. 2. Blend it well. Keep aside. (For Methi Corn) 1. In another blender, add 240 grams sweet corns and blend it well. 2. Transfer it in a bowl. Add 60 grams fenugreek leaves, 200 grams gram flour, 40 grams semolina, 1/2 teaspoon black pepper, 1 teaspoon crushed fennel seeds, 1 teaspoon crushed coriander seeds, 20 grams spring onions, 1 tablespoon ginger garlic paste, 2 teaspoons green chili, 2 tablespoons roasted crushed peanuts, 1 teaspoon salt, 1 teaspoon cumin powder, 1/2 teaspoon garam masala, 1/4 teaspoons turmeric, 1 teaspoon red chili, 1 teaspoon dry mango powder, and 1 tablespoon lemon juice. 3. Mix it well with the help of spatula. 4. Heat some oil in a pan and pour a spoonful of batter in it carefully. 5. Deep fry these until golden brown and crispy. 6. Remove it from heat and transfer this to the absorbent paper. 7. Serve it with prepared chutney.
