New Grille / Grille Molding Installed On The 1968 Mustang Fastback | CJ Pony Parts Kit

Hello YouTube! In this video I will go over the start to finish of how I removed the front grille and molding which was all pitted and damaged and replaced it with all new pieces ordered from CJ Pony Parts. The new replacement trim pieces are very thin and sharp! They will need to be bent slightly to fit so just be patient! Grille Removal: small screws on the base of the grille with j nuts and 4 large bolts up top. Hood molding removal: single set of screws under hood Middle grille joining piece: 2 speed clips underneath Large grille surround removal: screw on both sides of grille, 3 screws behind skinny trim and screws through bottom of grille Skinny grille surround removal: 4 annoying old school clip bolts Large grille corral: fastening nuts Small grille corral: fastening nuts Grille emblem: fastening nuts Side Note The small corral and pony needed to be removed prior to installing the grille due to the studs on the corral and pony hitting the center hood latch assembly.
