With care, this tent will last us a LONG time. The heavy-duty rain fly is reversible from woodland camouflage to desert sand and is a full blackout material. The tent has great ventilation, large storage areas, breathable fabric, tough floor material, and is easy to heat in the winter using my UCO candle lantern. I have used this many times and it has been one of my favorite tents and really have no complaints other than not being able to keep the pole fastener velcro from leaking. In my opinion, this is the best bug-out shelter for one person out there. Hands down. Bombproof.
