This is completely random and I recommend getting at the very first encounter since she seems to drop it more often than not at that point for whatever reason. Easiest way to tell if she may drop it is if she makes an 'S' pattern when the shadow is on the ground. Good luck and savestate away! Heart Piece #2 (0:36): Found in Yoll Graveyard (Present). You can pick this up right after you beat Spirit's Grave. You only need the Power Bracelet to get this one. Heart Piece #3 (0:50): Found in Black Tower (Past). Get this piece right after you get the shovel from the worker inside. Heart Piece #4 (1:05): Found in Maku Road (Past). Right on your way as you go to meet the Maku Tree. Pretty much impossible to miss. Heart Piece #5 (1:23): Found in Deku Forest (Past). On your way to get some Mystery Seeds, you will find a burnable stump that leads to the cave with this heart piece. Heart Piece #6 (1:46): Found in Talus Peaks (Past). Right after you beat Wing Dungeon, use your newly obtained Roc's Feather to get to this area directly north. There is a cave that has this lone heart piece inside. Heart Piece #7 (2:06): Found in Talus Peaks (Present). After you get the Tune of Currents, play it in a specific spot to warp to the heart piece that is in the present. Heart Piece #8 (2:34): Found in Rolling Ridge (Present). As you ascend Rolling Ridge to get to the top, before exiting the cave, walk around the top floor to find a bombable wall that has the heart piece hidden inside. Heart Piece #9 (3:03): Found in Rolling Ridge (Present). Just like Talus Peaks, you will need to use the Tune of Currents to warp from the past to the present this time in the most top-right corner of the world. Heart Piece #10 (3:29): Found in Lynna Shop (Present). Use the Tune of Currents in the past Lynna Village right above a tree where the present Lynna Shop would be to warp to the hidden back entrance. The secret shop contains this heart piece, just make sure you have 500 rupees... Heart Piece #11 (4:08): Obtained randomly from Gasha Trees. Another random heart piece to get. Just as an FYI, the best spots to get this heart piece from are Yoll Graveyard (Present), Zora Village (Past), and Crescent Island (Past). Heart Piece #12 (4:19): Found underneath Crescent Island (Present). You will have to swim underwater using the Mermaid's Suit to get to this one. After navigating the underwater maze, this heart piece is sitting in a cave within a chest just for you.
