I never would have shot down that Zero without the teammates. I had a clear energy advantage at the beginning but he kept closing in on me. I tried to energy fight him at some point (I should have done that from the start, I know...) but he wouldn't stall, of course: it was a Zero :) The teammate in an A6M5 should have had the kill but I guess he ran out of ammo. Thx to him! Edit: In the rush of the fight I forgot to change the supercharger back to stage 1 when the fight got low, that's why I had so little power... I changed it but way too late. In this particular case it didn't turn out that bad as he overshot me when I (tried to) dove away :) In the J2's, having the wrong supercharger near the deck is almost like being idle...
