The Lionel 2035 Steam Locomotive on Gumby!

One thing I always enjoyed about the old "Gumby" cartoons were all the neat vintage toys featured, including model trains. One prominent model they often featured from 1959 to 1968 was Lionel's post-war O-scale 2-6-4 steam locomotive and tender, no. 2035. They'd animate it on Kusan's 2-rail O-scale track, as it looked a lot more realistic than Lionel's 3-rail track of the time (and of course, the Lionel 2035 can only operate on 3-rail O-scale track). This particular model also came equipped with a working headlight and smokestack, "Magne-traction" wheels, and an electrically-operated air whistle in the tender! But of course, they'd typically use cotton for the animated smoke and steam, and often dub in real steam train sound effects (it especially sounds realistic in "Train Trouble!")
