If you like squats, skating, splits, lunges and planks, this one's for you ! ✅ You need : 1 Reformer https://amzn.to/2E8dxxB 2 - 2-3lb hand weights or weighted balls https://amzn.to/2J46MjX ⭐ For : Intermediate/Advanced 🎯 Focus : Lower body. Power. Strength. Stretch. This all standing Reformer workout is an energy “pick-me-up”. You will work your glutes for power and strength; your thighs: adductors and abductors for strong and lean legs; your feet for balance; and your arms for strength and stability. You need to be at an intermediate level and at least able to stand and move on the Reformer without a spotter, please do not attempt otherwise. We will use our core as our stabilizer in all exercises. This is a quick session meant to get the blood moving and wake up tired or heavy legs, leaving us with more energy and a spring in our step at the end. Have fun and remember if you want more, come back as many times as you like and repeat. Repetition and practice is what makes us stronger and helps us achieve our fitness goals !
