VP Race Fuel in your Dirt Bike? 4K

I’m taking the plunge and trying out some race fuel in my dirt bike. Yes, it’s expensive stuff, but what isn’t expensive? Seriously, we spend all this money on our dirt bikes and I know many, many guys that put thousands of dollars in parts on their bikes that they don’t need. Parts like one thousand dollar clutches to make them easier to ride, and one thousand dollar exhausts for a horsepower or two. All the while, using run of the mill pump gas. Don’t get me wrong, the pump gas is fine most of the time, but it breaks down really quickly. Just try leaving some pump gas in your dirt bike for a few months without starting it and you’ll know what I mean. You get my point? Why not see if this gas makes the bike run more consistently and not gum up your carb or injectors? I mean, I’m only really ever using about 5 gallons of gas during a month anyway. So it costs me $60 in fuel, this is my hobby and perhaps the benefits are worth it. The only way to really know is to try it for a while. Here is information taken from VP’s site on the gas that I’m using. I’ll be adding my own oil to this for the 2 strokes I use it in. https://vpracingfuels.com/product/t4/ T4 is designed for stock or slightly modified 4-stroke PWC’s as well as off-road competition vehicles._ Unleaded and ethanol-free, T4 is a direct pour-in replacement for premium pump gas, which has a short storage life and has caused a heightened need for repairs in the marine industry due to its ethanol content. _While riders facing extreme conditions are forced to add octane boosters or race fuel to increase the octane of pump gas, T4s 100 octane rating (R+M/2) provides greater protection against detonation. _Compared with more expensive performance parts that increase power along only a small slice of the power curve, T4 offers 2-3% more power and better throttle response across the entire RPM range.
