Google Plus - https://plus.google.com/+Hyderabadwala Twitter -   / hyderabadwalaa   Instagram -   / hyderabadwalarecipes   Ingredients: Bakre ka gosht (mutton): 100 grams Palak (spinach): 8 medium sized bunches (250 grams) Soya (dill leaves): 1 bunch (10 grams) Pyaz (onion): 1 whole Adrak lehsan ka paste (ginger garlic paste): 1 tablespoon Lal mirch powder (red chilli powder): 2 teaspoons Haldi powder (turmeric powder): ½ teaspoon Bareek namak (salt): ½ teaspoon Tel (oil): 1 tablespoon Kata hua hara dhaniya (chopped coriander): ½ cup Sabith hari mirchein (whole green chillies): 4 to 5 Procedure: 1. Pressure cooker mein kati hui pyaaz, bakre ka gosht, adrak lehsan ka paste, lal mirch powder, haldi powder, bareek namak, tel aur ek cup (1 cup) paani dalkar achhi tarah se mila lijiye aur dhakkan dhaanp dijiye. 2. Do se teen seeti ( 3 to 4 whistles) aane tak pakaiyye. 3. Gosht ki is gravy ko tel chhootne tak bhuniye. 4. Palak ko kaat kar aur dho kar is mein daliye. 5. Soya ya dill leaves dho kar aur kaat kar daliye. 6. Achhi tarah se milakar dhakkan dhaanp dijiye. Medium aanch par pandrah minute (15 min) tak pakaiyye. 7. Kata hua hara dhaniya daliye. 8. Sabith hari mirchein daliye. 9. Das minute (10 min) tak dheemi aanch par pakaiyye. Palak Gosht tayyar hai. Saade chawal (plain rice) aur khatti dal ke saath serve kijiye.
