This 2006 Audi A4 Quattro 2.0t was brought to a local big box "brake and muffler" shop, that just experienced a complete employment turnover. The vehicle had some sort of "timing belt issue" that hadn't been resolved. This vehicle had been partially dissassembled in an effort to address whatever was going on with it. I still do not completely understand what was being attempted, but I amnow tasked with figuring out what we have to work with, and what needs to be done to restore proper operation.
