This video is a long story made short of the process in stripping an automotive steel hood using Aircraft Paint Remover. The hood had many years of rock chips and signs of OEM paint failure being warrantied by the manufacturer, so I chose this process to restore the entire hood back to OEM aspired standards the cleanest way possible... in my opinion. Some steps such as the preparation, cleaning, taping, post rinsing, and more have been omitted to focus more attention on the actual process of the paint remover in a very satisfying time lapse of 30 min. in a 90 degree Fahrenheit paint booth.
