Spot the findings on the basis of echocardiography clips shown, answer is given after thirty seconds with recap of echo clips and labelled findings. Case 56 : FINDINGS & DIAGNOSIS: PLAX view is showing a turbulent flow in RVOT but no clear left to right shunt is visible, PSAX at aortic root level showing defect just below the aortic annulus, which is confirmed by color doppler, clearly demonstrating Supracristal VSD with Left to right shunt. Another finding is high gradients across pulmonic valve (52 mmHG) suggesting moderate Pulmonic stenosis.
