There are problems in everyone's life, each and every one in this world have their own problems but we should have faith(tawakkal) in Allah and believe in his plan. We should never forget that Allah gives us problems and test us, so we should always try to overcome that problems. Mufti Menk also gives the example of Hazrat Musa(A.S) and his mother. When there was no option left for Musa(A.S) 's mother, she believed in Allah and kept Musa(A.S) in basket and let that basket flow through the river Nile. It draws that we should always believe in his plan and have faith in his plan.
