This physics video tutorial provides a basic introduction of standing waves in organ pipes. it covers the closed tube air column which is open at one end and the open tube air column which is open at both ends. The first problem explains how to calculate the fundamental frequency of an organ pipe open at both ends / open tube, the frequency of the of the 4th harmonic, the frequency of the 5th overtone, and wavelength of the 2nd overtone.
