SHILLONG: Dr. APJ Abdul Kalam was declared death at 7 45 PM on the 27th July, 2015

This is to state that Dr. Dr. APJ Abdul Kalam was brought to Bethany Hospital Shillong at 7 PM on the 27th July, 2015. He was received in the Emergency Room and on arrival, Dr. APJ Abdul Kalam shown no spontaneous respiration, no pulse, BP not recordable, pupils fixed and dilated. Intubation was done immediately and CPR started. Dr. APJ Abdul Kalam was shifted to the Intensive Care Unit immediately for further resuscitation. All efforts were made but Dr. APJ Abdul Kalam could not revived. Dr. APJ Abdul Kalam was declared dead at 7:45 PM on 27th July, 2015. Sd/- Sd/- Peter Sailo Ryntathiang Dr. A. M.
