My journey from poverty and struggle to a place where I can genuinely pursue my dreams has been nothing short of transformative. It’s a journey that began with deeply ingrained narratives from my childhood—narratives that painted a picture of limitation and scarcity. However, through this path, I discovered a profound tool that has guided me: the ability to feel the truth of my thoughts by tuning into my body’s signals. Growing up in a situation marked by financial hardship, I absorbed a belief system that whispered, “You can’t have it all.” These early experiences planted seeds of self-doubt and limitation that I carried into adulthood. The struggle wasn’t just financial; it was emotional and psychological. I often felt like I was fighting against invisible barriers that held me back, barriers I couldn’t always see but could certainly feel. As I navigated through life, I started noticing that my body responded to these old beliefs in subtle but powerful ways. When I would entertain thoughts of abundance or success, my body would often react with a tightening of my chest or a knot in my stomach.
